• No Smoking or vaping of any kind. The NY Aquarium is a smoke-free park. Smoking, including vape and e-cigarettes, is only permitted outside in the parking lot.

• Masks are not required, and can be used based on personal preference. Guests and staff may continue to wear masks for a variety of reasons, so please be kind and considerate of others. Park policies are subject to change, and all guests must abide by the rules in effect on the date of visit.
